What is the problem representation of this patient and what is the anatomical localization for her current problem based on the clinical findings ? 26 yr old female who got evaluated for joint pains before and diagnosed as SLE with no other comorbities and is on immunosuppresants for SLE , Came with history of head ache since 8 days and fever plus vomitings , generalised weakness since 4 days and altered sensorium since one day.
